IPv6 is Ready Now
Recently, I had the opportunity to watch and listen to Mike Warfield’s talk on IPv6. He obviously has loads of practical experience with it and made a convincing argument that after 10 years of waiting it was time to deploy. I have been on and off since its inception but he convinced me that it is time. I’ll start with becoming certified with Herricane Electrics free process. There are quite a few quality options and a good one here in Canada would be gogonet with the catchy slogan of IPv6 in 6 seconds. Kind of a nice ring to it.
